First there was the extremely popular Big Buck Hunter from Raw Thrills and Play Mechanix. The popularity of this game led to version II, which was soon followed by Call of The Wild and 2005/2006. Now hunters can enjoy even more adventures when they play Safari.

This new game follows the same premise as the original Big Buck Hunter, but with loads more adventures, fun and thrill. You'll be hunting such wild African game as sable, Cape buffalo, wildebeest and many more, along with a number of little varmints. This great arcade game offers even more animals, more variations, new visuals and lots more. A really neat and super cool new feature Big Buck Hunter Safari offers is the Trophy Animal, where players are challenged even further by hunting eight trophy animals, such as elephants, rhinos, giraffes, leopards, zebras, panthers and more really cool African animals. Shooting these animals, as well as animals with antlers, give players even higher scores.

About Raw Thrills OF The Game

Do you know the raw thrills of this game? In 2001, Eugene Jarvis, former Midway game designer, along with partner Andrew Eloff, formed Raw Thrills with the goal of designing and manufacturing great coin-operated video arcade games. Initially, the company was designing video slots for IGT, and has since moved into the video game industry, with a talented staff of more than 25 that includes graphic designers, programmers, hardware engineers and more.

The first coin-operated video game introduced by Raw Thrills was Target: Terror in 2003. In 2004, they released The Fast and the Furious, which received a top spot in arcade revenues. In 2006, the company teamed up with Play Mechanix to make the first Big Buck Hunter game, and the rest of course is video arcade game history.
